Pumpkin Spice Pancakes

3/4 cup whole wheat flour 1/4 tsp baking powder 1tsp pumpkin spice 1/4 cup pumpkin puree 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 Tbsp coconut oil for cooking

Mix dry ingredients (flour, b. powder, pumpkin spice) in a bowl and then add in wet (pumpkin purre, syrup, almond milk)

Cook on skillet pan over medium or medium low heat. They will take a little bit longer to cook than regular pancakes. But they are definitely worth the wait! :)
