Pumpkin Puree


Lets make some pumpkin puree! it's super easy!

Recipe: medium-large pumpkin

How to: Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Wipe down the outside of your pumpkin. Cut your pumpkin in half. Scrape out the seeds and guts and place them in a bowl. cut your pumpkin halves in half and then in half again (your cutting 1/8 pieces). place them on a baking sheets. Bake them for about 60 minutes or until meat is tender, use a fork to check. Cook time may vary depending on how big your pieces are.

Allow to cool so you can handle them. Scrape the meat off the skin and place in a blender. Blend until smooth.

And there you have it! Pumpkin puree!

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
